Annette and I went out today to take pictures in the snow here in Maple Ridge. We had 14" of snow fall a week ago, and almost all of it is still here. We started the afternoon at the U.B.C. Research Forest close to Golden Ears Park; we didn't go very far into the park. We stayed around the entrance area as we wanted to go to some other locations today.

After the Research Park, we came back down to Dewdney Trunk Road and got some shots of the Golden Ears from a distance.

From there we went down to Kanaka Creek Park where Kanaka Creek flows into the Fraser River. I dropped off a TB I had received to promote the Diabetes campaign in my cache in the park.
After that we were just a wee bit cold so we came home to warm up, have a late lunch and check the photos we took.
